The Hungarian Parliament Building is the seat of the National Assembly of Hungary and a notable landmark and popular tourist destination in Budapest. The building was designed by the Hungarian architect Imre Steindl in the neo-Gothic style and opened in 1902. Since its completion, it has held the distinction of being the largest building in Hungary.
The Parliament of Hungary is the world's third largest Parliament building, and a magnificent example of Neo-Gothic architecture. The structure features an impressive dome height of 96 metres. The House combines a variety of architectural styles and motifs, showcasing a blend of Baroque floor plans, Gothic facade ornamentation, and Renaissance ceiling decorations.
